Valenza Media provides premium digital marketing services specifically designed for medical spas, aesthetic clinics, and luxury service providers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Google Ads campaign development
• Lead generation and conversion optimization
• Client retention strategies
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and marketing materials
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Timely payment of service fees as agreed
• Collaboration in campaign development and approval processes
• Adherence to advertising platform policies and guidelines

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply industry best practices and data‑driven methods, advertising outcomes can vary based on market conditions, platform policies, budgets, offers, and client operations. Accordingly, Valenza LLC does not warrant or guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, or revenue.

5. Payment & Refunds

Service fees are due in advance according to the proposal or invoice. Once service work has commenced (strategy, creative, setup, or campaign launch), fees are non‑refundable. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause or terminate services until payment is received.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, strategies, and client data shared during the course of our professional relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valenza Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
